Asset Management Plan
The purpose of the Asset Management Plan is to establish a workable document that will assist with decisions related to how the township’s infrastructure will be managed and provide the levels of service required to support the township’s goals. An Asset Management Plan is a business strategy to effectively and efficiently allocate available funds amongst valid and competing asset needs. It links expectations for asset conditions, performance, and availability with management and investment strategies. The Asset Management Plan identifies the recommended work for the assets to perform at the level of service expected.
